Mr. Santosh D. Kamble- Managing Director

Mr. Kamble is the founder of SAMATVA. He has a vast experience of more than 40 years in the field of education and CSR. He has a very dynamic personality and is currently handling the following positions:

  • Chief Public Relation Officer for Thane District
  • Crime Reporter, Police Site Newspaper
  • Advisor: Human Rights Organization

He has conducted various seminars for providing guidance for competitive exams for needy students. He is always enthusiastic when it comes to social welfare and is always eager help the needy.

Mr. Rupesh Kamble, Vice President

Mr. Rupesh is a qualified Microsoft professional . He carries a unique blend of academic, policy and implementation experience in CSR space. He has a good working experience with a few NGOs. He is always inclined towards helping people in need.

Mr. Ganpat L. Dabholkar, Trustee

Mr. Dabholkar has over 42 years of rich experience in Telecom Sector. He is a retired MTNL Official. He also has expertise in Agricultural sector, with this expertise he has been helping farmers in Rural Areas in agricultural activities. He has been involved in various social welfare activities in Rural Areas since last 10 years and has conducted various welfare activities for farmers in the remote areas of Konkan region.

Mr. Narendra Khanvilkar: Trustee

Mr. Khanvilkar has a vast experience of more than 17 years in the area of Operations at Hindustan Lever Limited, also he has been running a Fair Price Shop in Rural Area. Along with this since last 12 years he is also handling the post of Police Patil for Village -Hedli Village, Taluka Sangmeshwar. He has been active in the field of social welfare since last 10 years. He has a pivotal role in establishing presence of SAMATVA in Rural Areas. He has a major contribution in all the activities of SAMATVA in Remote Rural Areas.

Mrs. Reshma Nandkumar Waje: Trustee.

Mrs. Reshma has completed her Masters’ in Finance from Mumbai University and has an overall experience of 10 years and is currently employed with a Banking Institution. She has keen interest in social work and is always eager to help needy people. Due to her excellent management skills she plays an important role in conducting various welfare activities of the Trust.
