Founder & President
Mr. Santosh D. Kamble is the founder of Samatva Trust and has over 40 years of experience in education, CSR, and social welfare initiatives.
He has conducted multiple guidance seminars for students and has dedicated his efforts toward empowering underserved communities through education and social support.

Mr. Rupesh Kamble
Founder & Vice President
Mr. Rupesh Kamble is a qualified Microsoft professional with experience in CSR implementation, digital education, and NGO operations.
He actively leads skill development and digital empowerment initiatives undertaken by Samatva Trust.

 
Mr. Narendra Khanvilkar
Trustee
Mr. Khanvilkar has extensive operational experience and has played a significant role in establishing Samatva Trust’s presence in rural areas.

Mrs. Reshma Nandakumar Waje
Trustee
Mrs. Reshma Waje holds a Master’s degree in Finance and contributes actively toward planning and management of welfare activities conducted by the Trust.
